Grotto Visit

On Friday morning the malades visited the Grotto. This picture taken the night before, shows the rock cave where Mary appeared and spoke to the young teenager Bernadette. Where you see Mary's statue Bernadette saw Mary. Slowly, each person files past the source of the spring Mary caused to run forth, touching the rock wall beneath the place of apparition, and towering above three Churches built one on top of each other to give honor to the Son of the woman who appeared here. Little doubt as to why Mary is called th emost powerful woman in the world.
