A very touching moment on the altar

During mass at The Church of the Sacred Heart a child with impaired hearing (one of the malades) was having the prayers signed to him by a priest from the American Association (Eastern) of Malta. We brought the child to the sanctuary of the altar so the priest could join in the concelebration as well as continue with the signing. With the bishops and priests on the altar reading the Eucharistic Prayer, just prior to the consecration, this priest's full attention was with this young boy. Both had each others' full attention. Paul the VI once said that in the celebration of the Eucharist, Christ in uniquely present in the consecrated bread and wine, Christ is uniquely present in the person of the priest, and Christ is uniquely present in the congregation....and no more in one than the other. This picture tells that story perfectly.
