A Lourdes Pilgrimage

I am Deacon Tom Kelly in the Archdiocese of San Francisco, serving at St Raymond Catholic Church in Menlo Park California.  I also assist at the Menlo Park parishes of Church of the Nativity and St. Denis.  I am a member of the Order of Malta and will be in Lourdes, France for 7 days with Malades from the western United States on pilgrimage to the Shrine to Our Lady of Lourdes and its'  miraculous healing waters. This year, 2021, we return after our Covid driven absence of 2020.  Our malades, French for ill, have included parishioners from all three parishes as well as members of the Order of Malta, volunteers, and family and friends of Malades.  This blog will chronicle  the journey of the pilgrimage with photos and brief comments.  Just scroll back to see the postings of the 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015 and 2014 pilgrimages.  You will see many similarities in the pilgrimage,  Pax Christi.   Deacon Tom
